At Show Pony, we want you to love your new jewelry as much as we do. Every piece on our website is thoughtful sourced from trusted companies known for their high-quality, hand crafted designs. Each item is packaged with care and intention to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. That said, as a small business, returns come with unique challenges. Our policy is designed to keep things fair, hygienic, and sustainable white protecting the quality and integrity of our pieces.
Conditions for Returns
We’ll happily issue store credit under the following conditions:
The Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.
The return must be received within 30 days of your delivery date.
All sales are final for customers using Afterpay, as well as custom/reworked pieces, or sale items.
Unopened=Returnable
If the sealed packaging your jewelry came in has been opened, the piece is officially yours. Think of it like buying a toothbrush—you wouldn’t return it after opening the box! This strict policy is all about hygiene and safety, which we take very seriously.
No Refunds, Store Credit Only
We don’t issue refunds. If your return is approved, you'll receive store credit for the cost of your item—not exceptions. This helps keep things simple and maintain the highest standards for everyone.
Show Pony Isn’t Responsible For…
Lost, stolen, or broken items are out of our hands once your package ships. But don’t worry—Tyne personally reviews and packs every order herself to ensure each piece is safely packaged for its journey to you.

How to Return an Item
Send us an email at info@show-pony-studio.com (Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM EST) with:
You order number
The item you’d like to return
The reason for your return
We’ll get back to you within 24-48 business hours with the next steps. (We’re closed on weekends and all major holidays, so be patient if you email us then.)
What Happens Next?
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know if it’s been approved or denied.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the price of the item, minus the 10% restocking fee.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll send you an email with your store credit details once it’s ready.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom or reworked pieces are final sale. These pieces can’t be returned.
